Hi everyone!
While the warehouse gets ready to start shipping (hopefully in the next couple of weeks), we're happy to announce that digital rewards have been sent!
You may have already received an email notification from Backerkit, but if not, check your inboxes (or spam folders) this weekend. You can also check your Backerkit page directly by logging into https://ogrest.backerkit.com/
Once logged in, you should see a big blue button in the middle of the page that says "Get Your Digital Downloads" -- click on that to see your personal links for each item ordered. Granted, you will only see that button if you have finished your Backerkit survey, but if you haven't, that link will also walk you through the process.
The books are hosted by Gumroad -- you will have to follow the (simple) instructions to use your unique codes to download your files from Gumroad for free. 😊

Note: this is only the OGREST books at this point. We'll have the WAKFU starter kits and art book files ready soon. We'll post another update once that distribution has occurred. 🙂

Locking Addresses! Shipping to start soon!

Hi everyone!
Just a quick update to let you know that we have initiated the Address Locking process on Backerkit. That means you should receive an email shortly informing you that you have 48 hours to make any changes to your shipping address, at which point (sometime on Sunday), your pledge will be locked so we can start planning our shipping arrangements. Our warehouse is expecting the final items/books in the next 2 weeks, and they would like to have everything out before Halloween... 🤞
If you don't get that email from Backerkit (on behalf of Neurobellum Productions) in the next day or so, you can also proactively check your pledge information at https://ogrest.backerkit.com/.

Backerkit orders are locking this weekend!

Hi everyone!
Just a quick heads up that we have initiated the order lock this morning, which prompts Backerkit to send everyone a notification that in 48 hours, your orders will be locked and unable to be modified. You have until Sunday morning to log into Backerkit (at https://ogrest.backerkit.com/) to make any adjustments to your information.
In 48 hours, your order will automatically lock, and any further changes will need to be made manually by us. If you need to make further changes, please message us here on Kickstarter, or email [email protected].
We will initiate the credit card charges on Monday for any remaining balance you may owe (addons or shipping).
Don't worry about address changes yet -- you will have plenty of opportunity to update your shipping address before we begin fulfillment in November. We'll post more information in updates as that date approaches.
The books are on their way, and we're aiming to have them in your hands by Thanksgiving!

Hi all!
We got advance copies of OGREST and the Boxed Set from the printer, and they look SWEET...!
We'll take some video flipping through each volume shortly!
These beauties are on their way across the ocean to our warehouse now, and we expect them in hand by mid-October. If all the stars align, we should have all pledges shipped out by Thanksgiving or sooner!
